It is amazing to see that STI's, in general are still on the rise with the continual sexual education we receive from middle school on throughout life. We, as a people, know what STI's are, where they come from, what they can do, but no decline is viewed. Maybe condoms should be passed out freely or at very low costs. Maybe then, since being easily affordable, will the young and minority populations view getting condoms as a less expense and hassle
ReplyDeleteI think that even though schools are getting better with education, there is still that invincible complex that makes every teen think it won't happen to them. No matter how many statistics or how high the probability this complex can overcome those odds (when inr eality they don't)
